"Superficial Story Agency - felt less like an insurance agency and more like a vampire’s lair, where the agent expertly drains your wallet without ever actually protecting you. Promises are made with a charming smile, but nothing meaningful ever materializes. The staff hover around like ghouls: present, eerie, and entirely unhelpful when you ask for real assistance. Paperwork disappears into the shadows, follow-ups never happen, and accountability is nowhere to be found. If you enjoy paying premiums for the illusion of service, this might be your place—but I wouldn’t invite them into my house again."
